On Wednesday 31st, 6th Class engaged in the penultimate webinar in the Meet the Scientist series. We met Dr. Ciara Scott, a dentist/orthodontist. She explained that science helps her to understand how our faces and teeth develop, how braces work to straighten teeth, what causes dental problems and how we can prevent them. Ciara looks after children's teeth. She shared some of the methods that we can use to become our own dentists, by looking after our teeth.
