On Friday 21st March 5th and 6th class visited ‘Number 29’ Fitzwilliam Street Lower’ – an exhibition of home life in Dublin from 1790 to 1820 in a preserved Georgian House. This is part of our history studies and the school’s bicentenary. The children got the bus (No. 67) into Merrion Square and walked up to Fitzwilliam Street and had a guided tour of the house. After a short break for lunch they had time for a run around in Merrion Square and then back to Celbridge by bus. An interesting and enjoyable day was had by all.
