2nd & 3rd class have been studying frogs and snails, their habitats, food and life cycles. They did some lovely art work in clay, paper, felt and drawing.

Underwater Art!

Senior Infants and First Class have been creating wonderful underwater worlds. They used Rice Krispies to create beautiful starfish and mosaics for turtle shells. They also drew yellow submarines after learning The Beatles’ classic song Yellow Submarine.

2nd and 3rd Class are busy in the school garden!

2nd and 3rd class have been busy tidying and weeding in the garden. They planted basil, radishes, nasturtiums and spinach. They harvested the radishes this week and were all very proud of their efforts. The nasturtiums and spinach are doing well.

Sunflower tiles. Summer has arrived, maybe not outside, but in our art classes. The students have also created some beautiful button flower pictures. Well done!

Beetle Drive in aid of Nepal Earthquake Appeal

Last Friday, 5th and 6th Class organised and held a Beetle Drive in aid of the Nepal Earthquake Appeal. All classes took part and they all thoroughly enjoyed it. Well done to 5th and 6th Class for organising this event and thank you to everyone for their kind donations.
